"Well it's official.... John Moxham has decided to retire Moxham's Real Estate after many years servicing the needs of the Berowra Waters Community. After selling his first property to current progress president and long term resident, Annie Crowe 25 years ago, Moxham's real Estate has been the "Go to" agency for our river community. Delighted to announce with his retirement that Berowra Waters holidays has teamed up with local realtor Treena Kahale to form Complete Property Agency Berowra Waters, picking up where “Mox” has left off..
Seen here for the official “passing of the batton” , John is helping the CPA Berowra Waters team set up the new office at our local Marina. Now there will be a bricks and mortar location for all available properties to be put on display for passing foot traffic and visits to the already successful Berowra Waters Holidays location. Combining this with state of the art marketing, this will give our vendors the best possible opportunity to maximise the sales result of their waterfront property. Moxo will continue to advise and consult the team at CPA Berowra Waters as long as there is “Coopers” in the fridge, ensuring the same diligence and results are applied when buying or selling your property in Berowra Waters!
With John’s last two property sales on the river of $1,700,000 and $2,000,000, the Berowra Waters property market has never been hotter! Many thanks Johnny for 25 years servicing our community .. an amazing achievement.
